Withum is hiring a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

This temporary role supports the Firm Operations practice by managing end-to-end recruitment efforts to meet rapid growth targets. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, identify top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles
  • Source qualified professionals using social platforms, job boards, and networking strategies
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer coordination
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Develop sourcing plans and job descriptions tailored to specific roles
  • Enhance referral programs and outreach to passive talent
  • Ensure a positive experience for every candidate
  • Support consistent hiring practices across the organization
  • Conduct market research to inform talent strategies
  • Educate hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of recruiting experience in professional services. Experience in full-cycle hiring, candidate sourcing, and employer branding is essential. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems—especially Workday—is required. Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills are key, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

A background in both internal and external recruiting is a plus. The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and committed to equitable hiring practices.

Work Environment

This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States, excluding Colorado and New York. The role supports a flexible, inclusive culture focused on growth, teamwork, and client excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00, depending on location and qualifications. Final offers reflect role scope, skills, and experience. Eligible positions may qualify for bonus incentives.
