As a Telephone Interviewer, you'll conduct outbound surveys from your home in the Philippines, engaging respondents on topics ranging from public opinion to customer feedback. You'll use a digital interview platform to respond to text and video prompts at your convenience, ensuring accurate data collection in English.
What You'll Do
- Complete survey interviews using Jobma, a one-way digital platform, on your own schedule
- Record respondent input clearly and accurately into the company’s secure software system
- Respond to interview questions via webcam or mobile app, with the ability to review and revise as needed
- Maintain focus during calls and professionally manage challenging interactions
What You'll Need
- Residency and work eligibility in the Philippines
- Minimum age of 18 and fluency in spoken and written English
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with no background noise
- Personal computer (Windows 10 or recent macOS) with 8GB RAM, 64-bit OS, and 1.8GHz CPU or faster
- Latest version of Chrome browser and ability to install software
- Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed
- Direct wired power and data connections (no battery or Wi-Fi reliance)
- USB or wired headset with microphone and a functional webcam
- Smartphone capable of downloading apps and receiving data-based messages
- Ability to sit and type for extended periods
Preferred Skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy
Work Environment
This role supports remote work from home or hybrid access to office locations in Lapu-Lapu or Davao City. You must be available during assigned shifts and have a personal email for file transfers. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
