Responsibilities
- Establishes consistent standards, workflows, and documentation to enable seamless integration and interface coordination across internal and external project teams, identifying both fixed and evolving system connections.
- Acts as the main liaison for clients, fostering confidence through reliable communication, on-time delivery, and direct oversight of deliverable reviews and feedback cycles.
- Guides and trains entry-level consultants and subcontractors during project execution, ensuring high-quality, accurate outputs are delivered on schedule.
- Creates and maintains project timelines using waterfall and time-distance models for transit initiatives, performing critical path evaluations and building integrated master schedules to define clear project pathways.
- Advises stakeholders on data governance, data handling strategies, and digital modernization efforts by setting up organized data repositories, migrating records to unified digital platforms, and preserving metadata and spatial design details.
- Documents insights from completed initiatives, transforming findings into standardized methods and reusable frameworks to enhance future planning and project outcomes.
- Gathers, evaluates, and interprets transportation data to inform strategic decisions, delivering polished outputs such as visualizations, reports, and online tools.
- Performs quality assurance checks, verifies adherence to organizational standards, applies expert judgment to resolve challenges, and promotes ongoing process enhancements within the regional transit division.
