What You'll Do
- Control, maintain, and inspect building systems and installed equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Create and complete maintenance checklists as assigned.
- Keep work areas clean and secure.
- Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants.
- Monitor subcontractor work for building security.
- Conduct full inspections of electrical, pneumatic climate controls, and valves.
- Keep detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning system temperatures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., security, cleaning) to provide necessary services.
- Provide electrical and telephone system support for exhibitions.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies or unexpected situations.
Work Mode
This position is fully onsite in Bangkok, Thailand.
