Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop the skills of software engineers through mentorship
  • Evaluate software engineers' performance through structured reviews
  • Enforce adherence to high code quality standards, including pair programming and code reviews
  • Establish and manage consistent coding standards across teams
  • Offer architectural direction and supervision to agile teams during product development, aligning implementation with strategic vision
  • Lead technical transformation initiatives, migrating enterprise systems from legacy platforms to cloud environments
  • Possess a working knowledge of ServiceNow's technical constraints
