Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Respond to user inquiries regarding technical difficulties
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Assist with onboarding new users to systems and platforms
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions via phone, email, or in person
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly support materials
- Support network connectivity and endpoint device functionality
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents promptly
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve support workflows
- Ensure compliance with security policies during support activities
- Provide after-hours support as required by service agreements
- Train non-technical staff on basic troubleshooting methods
- Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions
- Work with vendors to resolve equipment or service issues
- Follow change management procedures during system updates
- Maintain inventory of supported devices and software licenses
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support standards
