Granicus was looking for a Technical Support Representative

Granicus is hiring a Technical Support Representative within our Professional Services department. This role is based in Costa Rica and will be performed remotely, working within the local country.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document support cases and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote setting.

Work Mode

This is a remote position for candidates based in Costa Rica.
