Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the City Office Technical Support team
- Oversee nine technicians in eight offices across the United States
- Serve as single point of contact for end users at each location
- Integrate with a larger technical team in Kansas City to understand and deploy new technology
- Provide assistance with associated technology projects
- Maintain excellence in service delivery and customer relations
- Facilitate strong relationships within the technical and end user community
- Work with seven Office Administrators located on-site at each location
Requirements
- Must have strong writing and communication skills
- Background in metric based auditing of services
- Clear ability to facilitate strong relationships within the technical and end user community
- Technical savvy
- Demonstrated leadership

Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT
- On-call 24/7 requirement
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite
- Position located in a Kansas City law firm
- Must provide timely, accurate, and professional service at all times
