Responsibilities
- Perform remote and on-site technical support for dealerships, authorized repairers, and service centers to minimize downtime and resolve repair backlogs efficiently
- Identify and fix advanced electrical, electronic, multiplexing, and drivability issues in vehicles
- Analyze isolated vehicle problems and widespread fleet issues, implementing containment and corrective measures
- Utilize OEM diagnostic tools such as wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI for diagnostics, ECU reprogramming, updates, and system configuration
- Review wiring schematics, service documentation, and technical service bulletins to determine root causes and effective repair strategies
- Create detailed technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans for internal engineering, quality, and aftersales departments
- Oversee technical cases through the assistance workflow, meeting defined KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
- Train and guide field technicians during repairs, providing real-time knowledge transfer and practical coaching
- Document recurring faults and resolution insights to enhance organizational knowledge systems and support continuous improvement
- Follow safe and cost-effective work practices while managing tools, equipment, logistics, and accurate case documentation
