Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on troubleshooting data storage products across various operating systems, software, and hardware platforms
  • Extensive experience with Windows, macOS, Bluetooth, wireless technologies, and mobile devices such as Android phones, tablets, iPhones, and iPads
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards including ROHS, REACH, and related compliance documentation
  • Demonstrated ability in technical writing, HTML coding, and content management systems
