Shape digital transformation in the AECO industry as a Technical Success Manager focused on the Nordics region. In this remote position, you’ll partner with organizations to evolve how they use technology, centered on Autodesk Construction Cloud and its capabilities. Your expertise will guide clients through technical adoption, helping them redesign workflows, interpret data, and realize tangible outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers to understand their business goals and technical environments, building trusted advisor relationships
- Design and implement tailored workflows and dashboards that unlock platform value and align with digital transformation best practices
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to execute success plans, track progress, and document business impact
- Advocate for customer needs by contributing insights to product development discussions and influencing future roadmap priorities
- Stay current with industry trends, technology shifts, and construction challenges to guide clients with relevant, forward-looking advice
- Demonstrate deep technical fluency in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Forma, using analysis and live demonstrations to challenge assumptions and inspire change
- Share knowledge across teams, including lessons learned, competitive insights, and success stories, to strengthen collective expertise
- Represent your expertise through public forums and social platforms, enhancing professional credibility and platform visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the AEC or AEC technology sector
- Proven background in leading technology implementations and change management initiatives
- Strong capability in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Passion for advancing construction practices through innovation
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite customer and team engagements
