As a Technical Specialist in Programmatic, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving a high-performance advertising ecosystem. Your primary focus will be diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues that arise across internal systems and client integrations. You'll work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless performance and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve escalated technical inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external partners using data analysis and system diagnostics
- Analyze large volumes of structured data using complex SQL queries and API interactions to identify root causes and patterns
- Develop and maintain internal tools and automation scripts that streamline workflows for technical teams
- Document issues, solutions, and system behaviors in a structured case management environment
- Contribute to the evolution of backend infrastructure by identifying inefficiencies and proposing technical improvements
- Create clear documentation and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team-wide understanding of system behavior
What We're Looking For
- A degree or diploma in an IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years in a technical support, DataOps, SRE, or systems analysis role with exposure to production environments
- Proven ability to deliver thorough, educational responses that go beyond basic troubleshooting
- Strong command of SQL, including multi-layered queries and performance considerations
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, Linux environments, and relational database principles
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms, with practical coding experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript for debugging frontend integrations
- Experience working remotely in a distributed team environment
- Background in digital advertising or programmatic systems
