Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Sales team to pitch and close large and strategic enterprise prospects by mapping their business objectives and revenue cycle challenges to Candid's capabilities
- Craft and deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase the impact of Candid's solutions
- Conduct detailed value analyses for potential prospects to present valuable insights on what Candid's product can offer
- Partner with Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand prospective customer pain points and assist in crafting the implementation plan for new customers
- Educate and enable the Sales team to deeply understand the value proposition and capabilities of the product, empowering them to sell more effectively and confidently
- Help build a team passionate about architecting impactful solutions that deliver real value in healthcare
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting and/or Pre-Sales Engineering position working with highly complex and customizable products/implementations
- Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with Sales teams to articulate value and drive customer acquisition
- Adept at understanding complex customer challenges and developing creative, value-driven solutions
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging in high-level discussions with prospective customers
- Proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and enabling internal partners
Nice to Have
- Experience within Digital Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within Healthcare
- Experience in the healthcare technology space, particularly within revenue cycle management and understanding of key performance indicators
