About the Role
This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified technical candidates across various technology roles. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Manage candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and teams
- Communicate timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in refining recruitment strategies for technical roles
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent markets
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Participate in recruitment-related meetings and reporting
- Conduct reference checks when necessary
- Help onboard successful candidates
- Track key recruitment metrics and performance indicators
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with HR and talent teams on process improvements
- Assist in employer branding efforts
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against job criteria
- Provide market insights to hiring teams
- Support campus and technical hiring events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
