- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, including market analysis, proactive outreach, interview structuring, and offer negotiation.
- Oversee several high-complexity hiring processes concurrently while maintaining a strong candidate journey and selection quality.
- Serve as a trusted guide for applicants, supporting them through a demanding process with transparency, understanding, and confidence.
- Represent the company authentically—every interaction communicates core values and shapes the applicant’s perception.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring practices through feedback loops, process refinement, and data-informed decision-making.
