Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
  • Use data to refine sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Attend industry events and technical meetups to expand networks
  • Develop talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Communicate role specifics and organizational context clearly
  • Evaluate candidate motivations and alignment with team culture
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and respectful manner
  • Stay current on technical domains relevant to open roles
  • Leverage Boolean searches and alternative sourcing methods
  • Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions and requirements
  • Support employer branding through authentic outreach
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
