About the Role
The Technical Recruiter will lead efforts to find and hire skilled professionals for technology-focused roles, ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring process while aligning with team needs and organizational values.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and role specifics.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from outreach to offer stage.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Evaluate market trends to improve sourcing strategies.
- Foster relationships with underrepresented groups in tech to support diversity goals.
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry meetups to promote opportunities.
- Provide feedback to applicants throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Develop creative outreach methods to engage passive candidates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives through professional engagement.
