About the Role

The Technical Recruiter will lead efforts to find and hire skilled professionals for technology-focused roles, ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring process while aligning with team needs and organizational values.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and role specifics.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from outreach to offer stage.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Evaluate market trends to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Foster relationships with underrepresented groups in tech to support diversity goals.
  • Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry meetups to promote opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to applicants throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Develop creative outreach methods to engage passive candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through professional engagement.
