You'll bridge engineering and project leadership, guiding cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions for pharma cold chain and asset tracking applications.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end R&D initiatives, defining timelines, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders using agile methods
- Design and develop mechanical systems using CAD tools, focusing on functionality, manufacturability, and adherence to industry standards
- Produce detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation to support product evolution and knowledge sharing
- Drive new product development from idea to 0-series and mass production, adapting quickly to technical challenges
- Plan and track project budgets and schedules, adjusting priorities to meet evolving demands
- Evaluate, select, and coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct manual calculations for cost and feasibility assessments during early planning stages
- Lead or assist in building prototypes in-house, enabling rapid testing and iteration
- Design, execute, and document test procedures, using data to refine designs efficiently
- Develop and train standardized assembly processes and documentation for production teams
- Support handover to manufacturing with technical documentation and process validation
- Facilitate knowledge transfer across teams to strengthen technical capabilities
- Identify and implement improvements in both development and production workflows
- Review and approve project-related invoices to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide engineering support to production teams when technical issues arise
