About company
SkyCell

SkyCell is transforming global supply chains through a powerful combination of hybrid hardware, cutting-edge software, and expert-led services—delivering unparalleled performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

SkyCell was founded in 2012 by Richard Ettl and Nico Ros as a Swiss technology company dedicated to ensuring the right pharma product is available at the right time and place, maintaining temperature integrity, and ensuring compliance. With a background in engineering pharmaceutical production plants, Nico Ros understood the industry's high standards and the need for precision, automation, and reliability. The company developed IoT-enabled hardware to collect real-time data, predictive monitoring software for control, and hybrid containers to provide physical protection.

Today, SkyCell’s technology is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and has also become one of the leading solutions in the airline industry. The company’s vision is zero product loss and net zero emissions in the supply chain.
