About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead projects within a designated domain, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk protocols while meeting functional and milestone objectives
- Create and manage detailed project timelines, monitor progress, record critical milestones, and deliver regular status updates via reports and presentations
- Oversee supply chain operations and production processes to ensure seamless development and manufacturing workflows
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to synchronize project objectives, enhance communication, and resolve operational challenges
- Distribute project resources efficiently, balancing competing demands to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity
- Assist in strategic planning by identifying opportunities for process optimization to improve overall efficiency
- Support planning of personnel and financial resources to keep projects within defined constraints
- Deliver technical and logistical assistance to teams to ensure successful completion of project outputs
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout all phases of the lifecycle
- Monitor, organize, and report on the lifecycle status of multiple engine units
