Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation of team resources, project timelines, defined scope, and role assignments
  • Guarantee all initiatives are completed on schedule, within agreed parameters, and budget constraints
  • Support the clarification of project goals and scope in collaboration with key stakeholders, confirming technical viability
  • Monitor and control changes to project scope, timelines, and expenditures using formal validation methods
  • Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies to reduce project uncertainties
  • Enable effective teamwork among data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and business partners
  • Convert business challenges into actionable technical data specifications and sustain detailed project records
  • Interpret technical performance indicators such as F1 Score and RM游戏副本SE for business audiences
  • Address project obstacles as they arise and deliver regular updates to stakeholders on progress, strategic shifts, and adjustments
