Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed functional requirement documents
- Bridge business objectives with technical solutions to ensure cohesive implementation
- Serve as the primary liaison among business, technical, and operations units
- Deliver consistent progress reports covering status, risks, and scheduling
- Enable teamwork, decision-making, and resolution of project obstacles
- Monitor key deliverables and enforce adherence to deadlines
- Assist in testing efforts including user acceptance and system-wide validation prior to deployment
- Track and manage issues using logs, test outputs, and performance metrics
- Drive enhancements in tools, processes, and documentation standards
- Advocate for and apply proven project management methodologies
