Lead and manage technical projects focused on automation and AI implementation
Design and oversee workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
Coordinate the integration of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into business processes
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope and deliverables
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution
Optimize workflows and processes for scalability and efficiency
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates

3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
Proven experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
Experience managing remote technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation-focused environments
Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience with CRM systems and data pipelines
