Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive program planning and execution spanning diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Assist in strategic, multi-departmental planning by facilitating discovery and prioritization in collaboration with product and engineering leadership to shape program roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to establish project milestones, monitor progress, manage interdependencies, allocate resources, address risks, and maintain clear communication.
- Actively detect and eliminate obstacles to maintain project momentum and ensure timely advancement.
- Recognize communication breakdowns, lead resolution of challenges, and support teams in managing conflicting priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders and product owners to ensure business requirements are accurately converted into technical specifications that guide software development from design to deployment and user adoption.
- Work with technical teams to shape solution architecture and support implementation and integration processes.
- Create and maintain project plans for initiatives involving multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
- Support the creation, refinement, and monitoring of product and team performance metrics and process enhancements.
- Promote strong project management standards by developing and maintaining a centralized library of templates and proven practices.
