Responsibilities
- Coordinate complete planning, scheduling, and execution for programs involving silicon, optical, photonics integration, advanced packaging, bring-up, validation, and systems development.
- Collaborate with engineering leads and cross-functional teams to estimate, prioritize, and sequence tasks while balancing quality, scope, and timeline.
- Develop, update, and implement detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Actively manage schedules, risks, issues, and quality; escalate appropriately and provide clear updates to leadership.
- Lead productive recurring meetings, technical reviews, and operational checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and decisions concisely to management and stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on program management, cross-functional coordination, and internal/external stakeholder communications to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Oversee major program milestones in silicon and optical development, including tapeouts, optical module or subsystem bring-up, validation, and critical cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with vendors, customers, and external partners as needed for program-related activities.
