Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle software releases from planning through testing and deployment, ensuring timely delivery of stable, customer-aligned software.
  • Design and refine quality benchmarks, testing methodologies, and key release indicators. Collaborate with engineering to integrate quality assurance throughout development and release workflows.
  • Serve as a central liaison between engineering, test & evaluation, and program management teams to enable coordinated, efficient execution.
  • Define clear prioritization models and decision-making protocols to reduce ambiguity and maintain team focus. Quickly identify technical risks and release impediments, then drive resolution with targeted action plans.
  • Develop and promote a scalable release management process that maintains stability without sacrificing speed, using data and feedback to guide iterative improvements.
  • Leverage standard program management platforms such as JIRA and Confluence to monitor progress, manage issues, display performance metrics, and support transparent, real-time stakeholder communication.
