Responsibilities
- Contribute to launching a new product-led growth initiative using an entrepreneurial approach
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams; actively respond to inquiries on community platforms
- Develop engaging educational materials such as onboarding guides, videos, white papers, and presentations to demonstrate product functionality
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve friction points in the trial user journey
- Serve as a technical authority across multiple product domains, translating customer challenges into product insights
- Engage in tooling development, analyze competing product-led cybersecurity offerings, and collaborate with product teams to emphasize differentiation
- Leverage deep product and market understanding to craft persuasive messaging, demonstrations, and training for sales teams
- Regularly evaluate and debug trial and marketplace workflows to ensure seamless user experiences
- Produce clear, actionable content that helps users understand and effectively adopt product features
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive trends in the product-led cybersecurity space
- Design and deliver technical training programs focused on product-led growth for field teams and customers
- Conduct technical and business-level interviews and presentations with prospects and customers
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ranging from technical practitioners to executives, sales teams, and partner leaders
