Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction for core platform components and a suite of AI agents, including current ones for risk assessment and data summarization, with upcoming development in lane risk, documentation, LSP management, and customer-built agents
- Establish and uphold a standardized agentic interface where AI agents present context, reasoning, and recommendations, perform only authorized actions, and maintain full action logs for traceability
- Engage directly with customers in pharmaceutical logistics, quality assurance, and supply chain operations to understand complex, compliance-heavy processes and translate them into user-friendly product experiences
- Work daily with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to build AI capabilities rooted in the platform’s data architecture and knowledge foundation
- Set measurable outcomes such as automated decisions, time savings, and faster release cycles, and ensure the team delivers against these goals
- Manage and continuously improve product specifications, roadmap planning, and cross-team delivery workflows using agile practices
