Concentrix was looking for a Technical Product Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Concentrix is hiring a Technical Product Customer Service Representative to work remotely. You will deliver expert customer experiences by resolving technical inquiries related to client products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Work from home and engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues.
  • Manage the Tech Pod Task Queue in Compass, supporting other agents with complex customer questions.
  • Occasionally travel to the client’s site with prior communication.
  • Perform daily Customer Care Case review to identify and research trending issues for escalation.
  • Input issues into the Customer Care Issue Tracker and maintain it.
  • Create and prepare materials for Technical Issue Alignment Calls and presentations to the Control Tower.
  • Handle Multiple Model Lines of Field Early Warranty (FEW) calls.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be located near Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.
  • Understanding of automotive functionality and repair knowledge.
  • Understanding of Radios, Instrument Panel Clusters, and their functional integration with the vehicle.
  • Understanding of Automotive Electrical Systems.
  • Understanding of different Electric & Hybrid Vehicles.
  • Strong communication, listening, and reasoning skills; works well in a team.
  • Ability to create and maintain Excel files and reports and present to individuals and teams.
  • Ability to create and maintain PowerPoint decks and present to individuals and teams.
  • Ability to interact with and present to co-workers and multiple levels of management.
