3Pillar is looking for a Technical Lead – iOS to take on a leadership role within our mobile engineering efforts. You will be responsible for guiding iOS development and ensuring technical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead iOS application development from concept through delivery and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define and deliver product features.
- Establish and advocate for engineering best practices and coding standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading iOS development teams and projects.
- Deep expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and mobile architecture principles.
- Ability to make critical technical decisions and communicate them effectively.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Guatemala.
