Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience, focusing on building and architecting robust and scalable platforms or systems.
- Demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Tech Lead, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js or Python, with experience in designing database schemas, queries, and streaming data tools like Kafka.
- Solid grasp of GraphQL API design principles, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience in constructing Cloud Native Distributed systems on any cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for addressing complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
