Responsibilities
- Connect the platform to client environments, including ERP, ticketing, third-party risk management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement systems.
- Create and document integration designs tailored to client needs and technical landscapes.
- Assess client requirements by cross-referencing with external API specifications.
- Partner with client teams to develop integrations using an internal integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
- Conduct unit testing of integration setups in collaboration with clients.
- Deliver regular progress updates to management and client contacts.
- Provide realistic estimates and timeframes for integration tasks.
- Work with product teams to share insights and influence platform enhancements.
- Optimize technical workflows to reduce implementation timelines and accelerate customer value realization.
