Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for new business clients in the United States
- Collaborate with customers to understand their system environments and integration needs
- Configure and customize platform settings based on client requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation phases
- Provide clear documentation for setup processes and configurations
- Work closely with support and product teams to relay client feedback
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met during integrations
- Assist in identifying and resolving API connectivity problems
- Guide clients through testing and validation stages
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and features
- Support the creation of implementation playbooks and best practices
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate solutions
- Participate in customer training sessions when needed
- Assist with migration from legacy systems to the new platform
- Evaluate integration success and gather post-implementation feedback
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering when required
- Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders
- Use CRM tools to track client progress and support tickets
