Lead the technical onboarding of enterprise health partners by managing end-to-end implementation from deal close to steady-state operations. You will serve as the central point of accountability, aligning Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely and scalable launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct technical discovery processes covering workflows, data integrations, compliance, reporting needs, and success metrics
- Convert partner requirements into structured implementation plans that align with platform capabilities
- Assess custom requests in collaboration with Product and Engineering, balancing innovation with long-term maintainability
- Oversee integration configuration and technical setup to meet both partner specifications and internal standards
- Identify risks early and guide go/no-go decisions for launch readiness
- Resolve technical blockers related to data flow, system configuration, and workflow alignment
- Refine and scale the enterprise implementation framework across geographies and partner types
- Define clear transition points from implementation to ongoing customer management
- Ensure all processes meet contractual SLAs and compliance obligations
- Surface recurring challenges and advocate for product or operational improvements
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and risks to leadership with clarity and precision
- Drive execution through ambiguity, especially in high-impact or time-sensitive scenarios
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in technical implementation, customer success operations, or program management roles
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience translating business workflows into technical requirements for enterprise clients
- Strong collaboration record with Product and Engineering teams
- Background managing onboarding for strategic or enterprise-level customers
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments typical of high-growth organizations
Preferred Background
- Experience in healthcare, health technology, or with health plans and delivery systems
- Familiarity with regulated environments, data privacy standards, and healthcare operations
- History of designing or evolving implementation models across diverse enterprise clients
- Track record managing expectations at both executive and technical levels
- Ability to balance customer-specific needs with platform scalability
- Background in high-growth or pre-IPO tech companies (Series B–D stage preferred)
