Serve as the lead technical architect in pre-sales for enterprise-wide, multi-tower initiatives. Partner with sales, consulting, and client success teams to shape solution and pursuit strategies. Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design workshops to develop competitive proposals. Design adaptable technical and business solutions focused on transformation and re-platforming. Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives through strategic consultation. Own the technical solution from initial concept through handover to delivery teams. Drive innovation and stability in clients' current and future IT environments. Present technical and commercial proposals to diverse internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with finance and pricing to develop multi-year financial models and commercial structures. Support contract development, including SOWs, MSA reviews, and subcontract negotiations. Advise senior leadership on technical, commercial, and competitive aspects during deal reviews

- Coordinate with product management to influence roadmap and solution enhancements
- Support post-sale knowledge transfer and documentation for smooth delivery transition
Requirements
- Background in pre-sales architecture within managed services, infrastructure, or transformation-focused providers
- Proven track record closing 10 or more IT outsourcing or cloud transformation deals exceeding $50M in total contract value
- In-depth understanding of complex technical sales cycles, especially in IT outsourcing
- Strong grasp of financial, contractual, and regulatory aspects of outsourcing agreements
- Solid analytical abilities in technical, financial, and contractual domains
- Broad expertise in data center, hosting, and hybrid cloud technologies
- Familiarity with compute, storage, networking, security, backup, BC/DR, DevOps, and IT governance
- Demonstrated experience in technical documentation and solution design
- Ability to collaborate across departments to support client-focused outcomes
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments
- Background working with public sector clients, including knowledge of compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, DoD impact levels, and Pub1075
- Holding industry-recognized technical or architecture certifications

Compensation
Estimated annual salary range of $151,000 to $205,000, with placement based on skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. Includes eligibility for equity grants under the Associate Equity Appreciation Program and a role-specific sales incentive plan.

Hybrid model involving Ensono offices, client sites, and remote work. Flexible scheduling with remote options when not required on-site.
