Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in Atlassian tools to assess client needs and propose effective technical solutions
- Engage consistently with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to project scoping, estimations, and solution architecture
- Take part in internal initiatives to share knowledge and enhance team capabilities
- Travel to client locations and work on-site when project requirements demand
- Perform setup, version upgrades, and data migrations for Atlassian platforms and related technologies
- Design and deploy custom Atlassian configurations, including workflows and plugins
- Develop automation scripts using programming languages such as Groovy and Python
- Manage and query databases to support application functionality
- Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems using RESTful APIs
- Administer Linux and Windows environments, with a focus on application server management
