Responsibilities

- Respond to technical inquiries from healthcare providers and laboratory personnel.
- Troubleshoot instrument and software issues in clinical environments.
- Perform on-site installations and system validations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Ensure proper setup and calibration of diagnostic equipment.
- Provide post-installation follow-up to confirm system performance.
- Document service activities and customer interactions.
- Support customer adoption of new software updates and features.
- Assist in resolving complex analytical or operational challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical service teams for escalated issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in regional team meetings and training sessions.
- Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
- Work evenings or weekends as needed for customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and service history.
