Responsibilities

  • Builds strong expertise in assigned technologies and understands how systems interact across the organization
  • Offers guidance and support for computing platforms and their integration
  • Engages in ongoing efforts to align user needs with software capabilities
  • Supports system performance and capacity planning to ensure reliability for present and future use
  • Applies diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed IT systems, working with vendors as needed

  • Considers the needs of all internal stakeholders, including technology users and IT staff
