About the Role

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technical accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic planning and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of technical accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical products and services.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical advancements to provide innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to clients and prospects.
  • Manage the technical account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account-specific strategies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build and maintain technical expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to technical account management.
  • Provide feedback and input on product development and improvement based on client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical products and services offered.
