CrowdStrike was looking for a Technical Account Manager - Tech Touch (Remote)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Tech Touch to act as a trusted technical partner and advisor for our strategic customers. You will build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to ensure the long-term security and success of their environments by collaborating closely with Security, Product, and IT teams.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary technical contact and augment customer support teams.
  • Participate in the customer onboarding process.
  • Perform quarterly health checks and business reviews.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to answer inquiries and handle case escalations.
  • Escalate critical customer issues to management when appropriate.
  • Leverage internal technical expertise to provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge content and systems to build product expertise.
  • Share technical best practices and learn about new technologies with your team.
  • Manage renewal risk and collaborate with sales teams for successful renewals and upsells.
  • Identify renewal risks and work with internal teams to remediate them.
  • Drive support cases to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructures.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and a commitment to customer success.
