Technical Account Manager - Supply
Role Overview
In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for key publisher clients across the EMEA region, ensuring their success on a privacy-first advertising platform. Your focus will be on technical integration, performance analysis, and long-term relationship growth. You'll combine technical expertise with strategic advisory to help partners maximize revenue and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with major publisher accounts, providing tailored support and guiding them toward optimal platform use
- Use performance data to uncover opportunities, then implement strategies that scale revenue and improve outcomes
- Guide partners through technical onboarding, from initial setup to advanced integration improvements
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to align on client needs and deliver effective solutions
- Monitor account health, identify potential issues early, and resolve technical or operational challenges efficiently
- Advise clients on platform capabilities, helping them unlock value through data-driven recommendations
What You Bring
- At least three years in account management or business development within AdTech, preferably on the supply side
- Proven experience growing publisher revenue and delivering measurable results
- Hands-on knowledge of ad tech integrations including VAST, oRTB, Prebid, and SDKs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Experience using CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning
- Fluency in English; native Turkish or Russian is preferred, and additional European languages are an advantage
- A proactive mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-moving environment
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in-office presence in Hamburg, Berlin, or London. Remote options are available for candidates based elsewhere in Germany or Spain. You'll work within a global, collaborative team focused on innovation, transparency, and performance in digital advertising.
