Responsibilities
- Guide clients through onboarding to security platforms and provide continuous support to deliver sustained value
- Lead efforts in discovering, securing, and governing sensitive data to protect against internal threats, external attacks, and compliance breaches
- Assist organizations in recognizing and addressing risks tied to artificial intelligence technologies, including AI assistants, large language models, and unauthorized AI tools
- Deliver measurable improvements by reducing data exposure across cloud services, SaaS applications, and data storage systems
- Promote customer success via regular health assessments, active product training, and sharing of recommended security practices
- Conduct and present quarterly business reviews, data risk evaluations, and analyses of AI-related security posture
- Collaborate with sales teams to uncover and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay current with newly released platforms and build deep understanding of client-specific security environments
- Work with account management and sales engineering to detect renewal risks and support retention efforts
- Act as the main technical point of contact while supporting coordination with engineering and support teams
- Represent customer interests internally to ensure feedback is recorded and reviewed by relevant departments
- Interact with stakeholders across organizational levels, including infrastructure, AI/ML, cloud, privacy, compliance, security, incident response, and executive leadership
- Detect, analyze, and resolve technical challenges efficiently, providing timely recommendations and involving internal resources as needed
- Elevate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure resolution
- Develop documentation for the knowledge base to share insights with customers and internal teams
