About the Role
Lead the design and implementation of fullstack solutions while mentoring engineers and ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of frontend and backend systems across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps
- Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system efficiency
- Oversee the implementation of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Enforce coding standards and best practices across the engineering team
- Work closely with DevOps to streamline deployment processes
- Coordinate with UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
- Monitor application performance and optimize critical code paths
- Participate in architectural decision-making and long-term planning
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical onboarding for new hires
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
