HR Consulting Ines Schöffmann GmbH is looking for a Team Lead - C#.Net Application Developer (m/w/d) to provide technical leadership for a small team while actively contributing to development. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement and modernization of ERP and eCommerce software, guiding projects from initial concept to successful go-live.
What You'll Do
- Lead the further development and modernization of ERP and eCommerce software.
- Provide technical leadership for a small developer team of 2-5 people.
- Accompany projects from initial idea through to go-live.
- Actively introduce and evaluate new technologies and ideas.
- Work closely with colleagues from development, support, and product management.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in IT or completed training as an application developer (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or comparable skills.
- Practical experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Solid knowledge in at least one modern programming language, such as C#.
Nice to Have
- Good SQL knowledge.
