Lead and manage all aspects of the Residue Mobile Lab, ensuring precise data verification, timely reporting, and effective use of resources. This role is central to maintaining technical excellence and regulatory compliance across lab operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lab activities, including assignment planning and investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results
- Verify analytical data and interpret findings to ensure accurate reporting
- Manage procurement, inventory, and cost control for chemicals, reagents, reference materials, and consumables
- Develop, validate, and document analytical methods and standard operating procedures
- Prepare and review method validation reports and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Lead internal training initiatives and support team competency development
- Conduct and prepare for internal audits, ensuring readiness and compliance
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely closure
- Provide technical guidance to other labs and respond to technical inquiries
- Monitor and maintain lab turnaround time (TAT) performance
- Authorize review, validation, and reporting of final results
