We are seeking a strategic and accomplished
Team Lead to manage client relationships and accelerate business expansion across the United States digital media landscape. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in cultivating high-value partnerships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and guiding teams toward peak performance.
What You'll Do:
- Guide, develop, and support Success Managers throughout US & LATAM regions
- Manage onboarding, optimization, retention, and strategic publisher growth
- Create and implement regional success strategies aligned with global objectives
- Track periodic performance metrics including revenue, margin, and customer attrition
- Stimulate upselling opportunities and adoption of emerging formats and features
- Collaborate with Product, Yield, Support, Acquisition, BI, Creative & Compliance teams
- Address complex technical challenges escalated from regional teams
- Direct comprehensive reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendation development
- Evaluate regional retention approaches and propose systematic improvements
- Contribute to regional budgetary planning and forecasting
- Maintain rigorous operational standards, ensuring consistent market performance
Requirements
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years experience in AdTech/MarTech or digital advertising
- Minimum 2 years team management experience (preferably 3-5 team members)
- Comprehensive understanding of global digital advertising market dynamics and publisher monetization strategies
- Proven experience working with significant publishers in US and/or LATAM markets
- Demonstrated capability to analyze performance, identify trends, and construct actionable strategies
- Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in managing intricate operational workflows and resolving technical challenges
- Robust analytical perspective with cross-functional collaboration expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- Adaptability to fast-paced, multicultural work environments
Will be a plus:
- Experience managing Success or Account Management teams in US or LATAM
- Established network or warm connections within regional media networks
- Understanding of product development and feature evaluation processes
