Octopus Energy Group is hiring a Team Lead Field Sales Heatpumps / Team Lead Vertriebsaußendienst Wärmepumpen (m/w/d) to spearhead our sales efforts in Germany. You will be responsible for leading a field sales team, achieving ambitious sales targets, and expanding our market presence for heat pumps.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the field sales team for heat pumps in Germany.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Drive market expansion and increase brand presence within the heat pump sector.
- Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of your sales team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a field sales leadership role, preferably in the heating technology, HVAC, or energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the German B2B or B2C market for heating systems.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.

This is an onsite position based at our office in Heidelberg, Germany.
