Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a cross-functional team of three developers and rotating QA members, promoting effective teamwork and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, following Agile practices and ensuring timely delivery.
- Apply expertise in the .NET framework, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and both SQL Server and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cosmos DB to build scalable applications.
- Enforce quality assurance standards by implementing thorough testing, code reviews, and process improvements to minimize defects and production issues.
- Work closely with product owners and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure development outputs support strategic business objectives.
- Guide developers in mastering .NET, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and performance optimization for relational and non-relational databases.
