About the Role
This role involves guiding clients, managing tax compliance, and leading a high-performing team with opportunities for growth and leadership in tax planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review and finalize federal and multistate corporate tax returns for forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065
- Develop comprehensive quarterly and annual tax forecasts, including book-to-tax reconciliations and state apportionment calculations
- Produce individual tax filings and partner-level projections derived from entity-level results
- Evaluate financial records and documentation provided by clients, identify missing information, and communicate directly to resolve issues
- Act as a strategic tax consultant, advising clients on planning, compliance, and long-term financial decisions
- Supervise and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical proficiency
Compensation
The total compensation package includes base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Salaries are competitive within the accounting sector, informed by current industry surveys, and adjusted for experience, expertise, location, and internal equity.
