Responsibilities
- Compile and examine intricate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Oversee, evaluate, and mentor Tax Associates and Interns
- Conduct in-depth tax research and present findings and recommendations
- Support tax planning, forecasting, and client advisory services
- Directly interact with clients to address tax-related inquiries and concerns
- Contribute to training and development efforts within the tax department
