Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment processes for ongoing and recurring roles, from job posting to onboarding completion
- Monitor candidate progression across each stage, detect where applicants disengage, and apply data-driven improvements
- Support automated interview screening tools and accelerated hiring tracks to maintain candidate flow and quality
- Develop and maintain a structured workflow for new hiring requests, ensuring readiness when projects launch
- Oversee partnerships with business process outsourcers and external sourcing vendors, assessing performance and enforcing delivery standards
- Create and maintain consistent job advertisements on LinkedIn and other key platforms
- Experiment with alternative sourcing methods such as online communities, academic institutions, and specialized forums to identify effective channels for technical roles
- Ensure incoming hires meet quality benchmarks and that hiring goals are achieved per project requirement
- Partner with recruiting teams to prioritize open positions and align execution timelines
- Coordinate with community engagement specialists to define ideal candidate profiles and integrate screening criteria early in the funnel
